The menu includes sashimi made with fresh fish procured from the market and slaughtered that morning, beef tongue shabu-shabu served with bonito broth, roast beef made with Japanese Black beef slowly cooked at low temperature, and to finish, the famous Japanese Black Beef Hitsumabushi, made with "Gifu Hatsushimo" produced by a contracted farmer and specially selected tamari sauce.It can also be used for special occasions such as business entertainment and anniversaries.

・For reservations of 6 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 3 days of the reservation date.
・For reservations of 6 or more people, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 7 days or more after the reservation date.
